GOLF BALL DROPS

Havens Aviation's helicopter golf ball drop fundraiser is a fun and unique way to raise funds for charitable organizations, churches, hospitals, schools, community centers, youth sports organizations, scholarships, and more.

Prior To the Golf Ball Drop:

• The sponsoring organization will sell numbered tickets that will correspond to a number on a golf ball. (Typically 200-1,000 golf balls sold)

• The cost of the golf ball varies from $5-$100

On the Day of the Event:

• The helicopter will arrive at your event ready to pick up the golf balls and excite the guests.

• The pilot will circle the area to make sure all the guests are able to view prior to the drop.

• The pilot will hover approximately 50-100 feet above the pin while dropping the balls.

  Determining the Winner:

• Closest ball to the pin

• Closest 3 balls to the pin

• Farthest ball from the pin

  Prize Examples:

• 50/50

• Set cash prize

• Non-cash prize

 EASTER EGG DROPS

Havens Aviation’s Easter egg drop is the most exciting version of the traditional Easter egg hunt you can find! We are pleased to work for numerous community organisations and charities each year supporting their annual Easter egg hunt from the air.

Prior To the Easter Egg Hunt: 

• You may require registration for participants in order to control the large crowd volume they would receive otherwise.

On the Day of the Event: The helicopter will arrive at your event ready to pick up the plastic eggs. The pilot will circle the area to make sure all the guests are able to view the helicopter prior to the drop. The pilot will hover approximately 50-100 feet above the field while dropping the eggs. Once the helicopter has cleared the area, it will be safe for the children to begin the hunt!
